Tips for successfully delegating tasks
1. Specify the task and find out the results, not the course. A method that is effective for you should not work for others. You may be doing something a certain way because you were taught 20 years ago. When you delegate the work that needs to be done, imagine what a successful result should look like, and let the other person find their own way to implement the assigned project.
